Cronos Europa – Application Support
We are currently looking for an « Application support » to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
Responsabilities
Monitoring of Application related Alerts On-premises and on-Cloud,
Creation of Applications Dashboard using Kibana (Elastic),
reception of requests from Application teams,
registering into the ticketing system(s) (Jira / ServiceNow)
Monitoring of AWS security alerts and escalating to level 2 support(s),
Weekly report about monitoring alerts.
The suitable candidate will have a proven experience handling alerts to level 2 support and experience with Elastic-Kibana.
Organisational skills
Ability to work in a team
Follow ITIL processes (Incident…)
Good knowledge of English and French
Follow Team’s best practices :
Weekly activity reporting
Stand-up meetings to align on work performed and work to be done
Technical skills
Mandatory skills:
Kibana – Elastic
Linux command line
Nice to have: Knowledge of Application Server Tomcat and/or SpringBoot
Optional:
Knowledge of Java principles,
knowledge of AWS tools

Min 4 y experience
Min Bachelor Degree in IT
