Role: Business Systems Analyst (initial 6-month contract)
Location: Central London / Hybrid Salary: £600-£800/day (DOE)
Our client is one of the leading specialist consultancies delivering digital transformation for private equity firms. They are seeking to hire 1-2 experienced Business Systems Analysts to work on data and technology implementation projects for global private equity firms.
What you’ll do:
Leading workshops with business users to gather & define detailed requirements for new reports and custom solutions
Conducting data analysis & modelling to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Act as subject matter expert to guide the client around optionality and current best practice models
Process mapping to establish as-is and to-be operating models
Develop and maintain strong relationships with technology vendors and key stakeholders to ensure the successful project delivery
What you’ll bring:
Experience implementing and/or upgrading private equity technology solutions for financial data, e.g. eFront, Investran
Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques e.g. requirements gathering, process documentation, data analysis
Delivery and deadline focused, with ability to handle issues confidently
Understanding of private equity lifecycle events, alongside an understanding of private equity accounting principles would be advantageous
Skills in MS Excel and dashboarding tools e.g. PowerBI, Tableau
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; able to take the initiative to work independently where needed
High degree of professionalism and excellent communication skills.
