Our partner is one of the world´s leading global transportation and logistics provider supporting global exchange of goods through land transport, air and ocean freight, contract logistics and supply chain management. For the internal request management process we are looking for a Senior Consultant for e-learning production:

Type of contract: Service contract (contracting/freelancer)
Start: 25.09.2023
Duration: Until 31.12.2023 (option of extension)

Volume: 40 days
Location: Remote & onsite visits in Essen for meetings

Overview:

As a Senior Consultant for e-learning production, you will be responsible for the creation and production of e-learning material for the request management process. The e-learnings must be separated based on specific content and roles.

Responsibilities/General tasks:
• Requirements engineering, development, alignment and finalization of professional e-learning material for the specific Request Management Process:
• Foundation training
• Catalog editor training
• Requestor training
• Technical support team training
• Performing tests on ServiceNow prototypes for the request management implementation and submitting proposals for changes, especially in usability and user friendliness of the solution
• Participation in project team meetings

Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in producing e-learning programs for IT Service & Operations specific training
• Solid experience with Articulate 360, especially Storyline 360
• Creation of complex interactions / software simulations
• Good Knowledge in didactic design
• Good graphic design skills and video post-processing, audio post-processing skills
• Knowledge about ServiceNow, especially ServiceNow Request Management
• Knowledge about IT Processes, especially IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL V3 and ITIL4)
• Knowledge of request management
• Ability to support the implementation of courses in the LMS Language
• Proficient English and German speaker and writer (B2 at least)
