Change Manager
At ABAKUS IT SOLUTIONS, we are seeking a talented Change Manager to oversee the IT change management process within a dynamic and innovative environment. Join our team and play a pivotal role in ensuring successful implementation of IT changes while minimizing disruptions and risks.
Your Missions :
As a Change Manager, you will:
Ensure Process Adherence and Documentation: Follow established change management processes and document all steps, approvals, and communications.
Assess and Analyze Change Impact: Evaluate proposed changes to understand their potential impact on systems, processes, and stakeholders.
Leverage Basic Technical Knowledge: Use your understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, applications, etc.) to assess the risks and impacts of changes effectively.
Facilitate Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to enable smooth communication, prompt impact analysis, and efficient change planning.
Provide Reporting: Prepare change reports based on KPIs and SLAs, and present them to stakeholders in relevant forums.
Conduct Post-Implementation Reviews (PIR): Perform post-change evaluations to identify issues and implement corrective actions to reduce failed changes.
Your Profile :
We are looking for someone who has:
Experience: 4-6 years in IT change management.
Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT systems, including servers, networks, databases, and applications, to evaluate changes effectively.
Tool Knowledge: Hands-on experience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy).
Analytical Skills: Ability to assess risks and identify potential impacts on IT environments.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple change requests in a structured and efficient manner.
