Business Architect (Re) Insurance – AI – Data Scraping

Summary of the role:

As an experienced Business Architect, you will be a subject matter expert (SME) in (Re)Insurance specialty market. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the technical teams, providing detailed insights into digitised non-MRC slips, signposting key fields and guiding the AI development process. This role is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned professional to contribute their expertise on a short-term project and potentially transition into a permanent role supporting ongoing initiatives.

As part of your duties, you will be responsible for:

Underwriting Expertise:
Demonstrate a deep understanding of (Re)Insurance underwriting, particularly non-MRC slips.
Analyse and interpret complex underwriting documentation, providing detailed insights to technical teams.
Collaboration with Technical Teams:
Work closely with technical teams to identify and locate specific fields within underwriting documents.
Provide guidance on the format of data relevant to the (Re)Insurance specialty market.
AI Integration Support:
Assist in defining the parameters for AI algorithms to effectively extract relevant information from underwriting documents.
Act as a liaison between business requirements and technical implementation, ensuring alignment.
Participation in Key Projects:
Explore opportunities for the role to contribute to ongoing and future projects within the organization.
Position yourself as a strategic asset, providing valuable insights and expertise in (Re)Insurance tenders.
Qualifications and experience we consider to be essential for the role:
Extensive experience in (Re)Insurance underwriting, with a focus on non-MRC slips.
Proven expertise in interpreting and analysing complex underwriting documentation.
Skills and Personal attributes we would like to have:
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders.
Previous experience in a Business Architect role is highly desirable.
Ability to start immediately and commit to a short-term project.
