Business analyste GED anglais

Description de la mission

Our client in provate banking looking for a business analyst from different departments located in different countries is looking for a senior business analyst to support the run activity of various applications linked to Audit, Business Continuity Management, Guideline, Corporate Governance, Legal, Procurement & Human Resource.
Your contribution will be also to maintain the GED . As our GED tool is connected to JIRA, you will be charge to analyze the technical feasability and the strategy to migrate our JIRA platform to a new solution without impacting GED running
·Identification of architecture impacts, definition of target architecture
· Preparation and animation of project committees (French, English), workshop…
·Change management: Training, Communication
· Support to the writing of the Business Requirement Definition
·Incident management: qualification, analysis, coordination, resolution plan
·Define the test plan strategy & Write the test plan
·Management of change requests in accordance with the team’s project framework
·Workbreakdown structure, planning and budget management
·Project planning management
·Project documentation management Facing the developer team
·Writing of detailed functional specifications, users stories,
·Follow the sprint with the developers and prioritize the backlog
·Functional support to developers
·Acceptance and validation of functionalities
·Follow up the deliveries Facing the Head of IT and Project/Steering committees
·Project and progress reporting
·Reporting of alerts, risks and proposed solutions

Votre contribution consistera également à maintenir la plateforme GED. Notre outil GED étant connecté à JIRA, vous serez chargé d’analyser la faisabilité technique et la stratégie de migration de notre plateforme JIRA vers une nouvelle solution sans impact sur le fonctionnement de la GED.
