Business Analyst – Front Office Portfolio Management – Wealth Management

A top London-based Wealth Management Management company is looking for a front office Senior IT Business Analyst to speak with the Portfolio Managers in the front office to carry out ongoing enhancements and changes to the in-house built system.
This role will involve liaising with stakeholders at various levels across multiple functions, but in particular the front office, so Portfolio Managers and Fund Managers.
This is a contract role up to £700/day umbrella rate (so inside IR35)
Key Responsibilities:
Provide conceptual solutions to often complicated business problems and make recommendations for preferred solutions.
Contribute to the development of the business analysis approach and deliverables, and improve the integration with other disciplines across the software delivery lifecycle.
Lead requirements gathering and elicitation using a range of analysis tools and techniques.
Have ownership of traceability of analysis through development, testing, training through to business readiness and acceptance.
Work with Senior Management and up to Executive level to facilitate the sign off / agreement of solutions and recommendations.
Required:
Strong Business Analysis experience
Wealth Management or Asset Management experience experience
Good front-office experience liaising with Portfolio Managers and so good understanding of Portfolio Management processes
Good Agile experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills – must be able to communicate fluently in English both verbally and in writing.
Nice to have:
Wealth Management experience in particular
In-house built system experience
