BI and Reporting Specialist
In this role, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and maintaining BI solutions to support our client’s strategic goals. You will engage with stakeholders from various departments to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights through dynamic reports and dashboards. You will oversee the entire lifecycle of BI projects, from gathering requirements to delivering the final reports and training end-users.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and sustain BI solutions using tools like Power BI and Databricks.
Manage the complete lifecycle of BI projects, including requirement collection, development, deployment, and user training.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and interpret business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Create and maintain data models and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
Generate and manage visually appealing reports and dashboards that offer actionable insights for decision-making.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular validation and quality checks.
Provide training and support to end-users on BI tools and best practices.
Operate within an Agile framework to deliver high-quality solutions promptly.
Stay updated with the latest BI trends and technologies to continually enhance our BI capabilities.
Your Profile:
Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
At least 5 years of proven experience in BI and reporting, with strong proficiency in Power BI, Databricks, and other BI tools.
Experience with Azure Data Factory and SAP.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, ETL processes, and database management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools.
Fluency in English and French; German is an asset.
