Role Objective:
The ISIMI Insider Risk Education & Business Intel team seeks a senior-level BA/Power BI developer who can help implement important business intelligence dashboards that allow the Firm’s simulated phishing program to equip their Business Units with individual self-service and help management make informed decisions around the program. The candidate will be able to analyze, strategize, and generate reporting and the analysis of data to help the program and the department drive efficiencies and provide visibility into key trends for BUISOs, risk committees, and senior management. Must be able to use and train PowerBI solutions to generate reports and analyze data that aids the program and its business unit partners in better understanding phishing performance and vulnerabilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
Translate business requirements into tech specs in order to design, create, and implement PowerBI dashboards and interactive visual report solutions.
Evaluate, repair, and improve upon current PowerBI systems.
Collaborate easily with teams and management to help guide and instruct the strategic direction of PBI goals.
Find correlations in data to discover meaningful data insights.
Identify key performance indicators (KPI) to help adjust and fulfill business objectives.
Develop data documentation about algorithms, parameters, models, and relationships.
Help define the key components of an effective BI governance model, describing key elements associated with data governance and shares across divisions; configure, deploy, and manage elements of a BI governance strategy; help set up BI help and support settings.

Skills required:
Must possess strong experience with BI tools and BI systems (PowerBI specifically).
Has experience in creating data-rich dashboards, writing DZX expressions, and implementing row-level security in PBI.
Must be able to develop customer BI products that require knowledge of scripting and programming languages like Python.
The key skill to convert data into stories that help establish data-driven decision-making.
Communicating concisely and effectively is essential in order to help understand user needs, collaborate with team members, and explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Competence in Microsoft Office applications along with each of their functions.
