Application Support Contract

London Based Investment Bank seek 3 x Contractors Front Office Application Support for Rates and Credit eTrading platform. There is a functional and technical aspect of the role. Functional include queries related to rates being wrong, data not feeding through, logins etc. Technical include, market connectivity, auto negotiation issues, booking issues etc. Issues come through via MS Teams, email, shared mailbox and are logged into incident management system. If the team cannot resolve an issue they must insure the incidents are raised with relevant dev or infra team. Product knowledge- preferably rates given this role will be supporting those applications. ION/MMI exposure desirable- Not mandatory. This role is Full time in the office with 2 shifts 7am – 4.30 pm and then 9am – 6.30 pm. Coverage of Rates eTrading applications production implementation, troubleshooting and monitoring: Market connectivity though ION, Algorithmic trading, Auto negotiation, Pricing, D2D and D2C and Booking. Monitoring application state and input/output data correctness throughout the day, hand-over with follow the sun support teams. £500 – 700 per day Umbrella Company Rate / Inside IR35 – 6 months rolling contract.
