emagine is looking for an Application Service Support Manager
Location : Paris
Fulltime starting As Soon As Possible
Duration : At least 6 months (long term mission)
Hybrid mode
Context :
To help the Application Service Support Manager by being in charge of half of the activity.
Role :
Resolve all complex application and system issues,
Design and maintain expertise in flow of application process and systems related to company,
Administer and resolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root cause analysis,
Tickets solving,
Provide support to the keyuser around all the application used by the Group (Cegid, Adobe, Enablon, and so on …)
Experience and skills :
At least 5 years of experience
Technical knowledge of the application
Good Knowledge of the processes
