Missions
The project management assistance will have one main goal in the deployment: provide expertise in setting up guided buying modules in the procurement field, specifically on SAP Ariba. To do so, he/she will need to:
• Apprehend and apply the entire purchase to pay process lifecycle
• Propose the right guiding process rules for our business needs taking into account our business activities
• Pipeline management & prioritization
• Build user cases per persona and countries/ entities
• Assess process eligibility & complexity
• Organize workshops with requesters to counterproof the decision tree workflow initiated
• Assist in process and GB module functional testing
• Validate functional & IT prerequisites
Training sessions with local P&Ts, category buyers, assistants, main requesters,…
