Advisory Key – Junior PMO (IT)
As part of several IT projects for one of our clients in the financial sector in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Junior PMO to strengthen the project teams.
Your responsibilities
Support the management and follow-up of IT projects
Monitor project planning, budgets, and risks
Prepare project committees and reporting (KPIs, status reports)
Coordinate between technical teams and project stakeholders
Track action items and contribute to the improvement of project governance processes
Profile required
1 to 3 years of experience in PMO, Project Management, or IT Coordination
Good understanding of IT / ICT environments
Strong knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools (MS Project, Jira, or equivalent)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Professional proficiency in French and English
