Advisory Key – Business Analyst SWIFT
We are seeking a Functional Business Analyst for one of our prestigious clients, with strong experience in the financial industry, preferably in Fund Administration.
Your day-to-day
Collaborate with Infrastructure Leads, Application Development Leads, Business Partners, Project Managers, and Service Managers to ensure buy-in and support for business change
Manage change requests from the business from front to back (i.e., create analysis, oversee development, and execute testing)
Prepare documentation (analysis, release notes)
Profile
Understanding SWIFT and Reconciliation processes, expertise in Neoxams GP4 or Smartstreams Tlm Recon is considered a plus
Familiarity with CBPR+ standards is essential
Understanding of IT Processes (ITIL, Incident, Problem & Change). Preferably experience with ServiceNow
Proven problem management and resolution skills essential
Ability to understand business processes and use of data. Basic knowledge of databases (Oracle SQL), and Operating Systems (Linux)
Work location: Luxembourg (Leudelange). Expectation is to work from the office 5 days a week, during the first month.
