Role & responsibilities
Deskside Support: Deliver daily deskside support services, addressing end-user needs promptly and efficiently
Incident & Problem Management: Take charge of registering end-user requests in the internal ticketing system, ensuring timely solutions and follow-up
Proactive Monitoring: Utilize monitoring tools to proactively intervene in the local IT infrastructure, providing 1st & 2nd level support and troubleshooting
Collaboration: Engage with various IT and support groups, both internal and external, to enhance end-user support levels. Actively participate in meetings aimed at continuous improvement
Hardware Tasks: Perform Hardware installation, repair, and maintenance tasks to ensure a reliable IT infrastructure
Your profile
Passionate Support Engineer with a knack for solving tricky IT problems
Expertise in IT environments, including Microsoft Windows 10/11, Linux, Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and Remote Desktop Tools
Basic networking skills
Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch and/or any other EU member state language is advantageous.
Quick assimilation of complex procedures and information
ITIL foundation level certification is a plus
