CTG PSF is an IT Services Company dedicated to various clients mainly in the financial sector.
We are currently hiring a Junior Product Owner (M/F/X) for one of our customer.
Our client, a leading bank, is currently advancing its digital capabilities with a focus on e-banking, e-signatures, mobile applications, and process digitalization. As part of this transformation, we are seeking a motivated Junior Product Owner (M/F/X) to assist the Product Owner (PO) in delivering the bank’s digital roadmap.
Your missions
Supporting the Product Owner in prioritizing requirements
Administering agile tools
Providing project support to ensure seamless execution
Analyzing current (as-is) business processes and defining optimized (to-be) processes
Collaborating with business units to update operating procedures
Developing training materials and organizing training sessions
Tracking and following up on task statuses to ensure timely delivery
Performing other ad hoc tasks required for the success of digital initiatives
Your profile
You have a Bachelor / master’s degree in IT Management
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Experience with e-signature solutions and digital banking tools is a plus
Proficiency in tools such as MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
You are proactive and detail-oriented
Familiarity with core banking or CRM applications is advantageous
You are fluent in English, French or German is a real asset
