Advisory Key – IT Support

We are looking for an Application Support Consultant to ensure the smooth operation of our client’s internal applications. This role is focused on production support.
Your day-to-day
Monitoring application errors
Analyzing and investigating incidents
Performing code reviews and debugging
Providing support for a portfolio of approximately 20 applications
Your profile
Strong technical expertise in Java applications
Experience in internal application support with development skills to handle ongoing maintenance
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, along with familiarity with application lifecycle management (Version Control)
Ability to work closely with the development team to maintain application reliability and efficiency
Flexibility and prioritization skills to meet diverse support needs
Competencies: Java 21; MicroServices; Angular is a plus; Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL; Linux/Windows server
