Cronos Europa – Senior Exchange Engineer
We are currently looking for a “Senior Exchange Engineer” to strengthen the Cronos Europa team.
As an Exchange Engineer, you would have the opportunity to develop your skills by joining a challenging technical environment within a great European Institution in Luxembourg.
Responsibilities:
Provide Level 3 support for a complex onPremises Exchange 2016 / 2019 infrastructures
Participate in various solutions for the improvement of the mail infrastructure
Ability to work in project mode, provide project documentation (Ex: Draft and document HLD and LLD architecture documentation)
Assure architecture, engineering and 3rd line support for : (Mobile Device Management (Omissa Workspace One) / Cisco Secure Email Gateway)
Study and define the technical cloud & hybrid solutions related to the email infrastructure
Transfer knowledge to Level 2 support
Technical skills:
Mandatory:
Exchange Server 2016 / 2019
Windows Server 2016 / 2022
Knowledge of Scripting Exchange PowerShell
Understanding of SMTP and DNS protocols
Network Knowledge

Profile:
Min 5 years experience on a similar position
Master’s degree in IT
