emagine recherche un coach Lean/Agile innovant et compétent pour remplir le rôle de Release Train Engineer (RTE) au sein d’une équipe ART, avec pour objectif de conduire des livraisons à haute valeur ajoutée dans un contexte industriel et d’être le fer de lance de l’implémentation du cadre SAFe.

emagine is seeking an innovative and skilled Lean/Agile Coach to fulfil the Release Train Engineer (RTE) role an ART, with a focus on driving high-value delivery in an industrial context and spearheading the SAFe framework implementation.

Key Skills:

• Agile Coach with senior level skills

• Advanced SAFe certification – SPC

• Experienced in Lean and Kanban practices an in industrial environment

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Exceptional stakeholder management skills

• Jira and Confluence, Miro

• Experience around Data Management.

Key Tasks:

• KPI Tracking and Reporting: Define and monitor ART-level and squad-specific KPIs

• Preparing, coordinating, and facilitating essential at-scale events, such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect and Adapt sessions

• Accountability and Commitment Management

• Oversee the coordination of Scrum Masters within the ART

• Act as Scrum Master for some key squads

• Build strong leadership relationships with Product Manager, System Architects, and Epic Owner

• Promote methodologies and clarify the benefits of SAFe practices.

• Support Waterfall-aligned features
