Job description
To reinforce our teams, we are looking for a Web/Mobile Tec leader speaking French and English.
Your main responsibilities:
Assess the current development process and give recommendations to improve the
quality delivered, the maintainability of the app and help the team to fit better with their
estimates
Support the team to implements the recommendations and to promote software
craftmanship
Advice on the selection and the setup of an automated testing solution for the mobile app
Your profile:
You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position
Fluent in French and English
Technical Skills:
ReactJS/ReactNative
Experienced as mobile or web tec lead, you had defined development processes
Already have set up an automated testing solution for a mobile app
DevOps and CI/CD
Culture in information technologies and architecture
Knowledge of Software Patterns and Anti Patterns
Soft Skills:
Good understanding of enterprise architecture
Progress through the software culture of Craftsmanship is your wish
You are passionate at heart and always seek to improve yourself and share you knowledge
