Industrial automation and cybersecurity engineer M/F
Our client in industrial sector is currently looking for an Industrial automation and cybersecurity engineer (CDI). The company is located in Luxembourg and leader in his sector.
You will be the referent of the Cybersecurity projects of the group. You will be part of the Industrial Automation Team and work closely with the production team.
Your Responsibilities
You consider the security elements when you will develop and implement the automated systems.
You put security procedures and guidelines into effect.
You spot chances to employ emerging technologies, such as those enhancing industrial cybersecurity, to enhance industrial processes.
You use voluntary security sharing techniques to regularly evaluate the dangers and security procedures that should be implemented.
You include digital solutions (sensors, cameras, drones…) to optimize manufacturing processes and oversee their use for operational purposes : such as buildings or facility condition checks.
You establish performance metrics to assess the efficacy and adherence of solutions.
You teach field staff on the way to use newly implemented digital models and technology.
You make sure that waste is avoided and energy use is minimized.
Required skills for this position
You already worked in Industrial Sector (MANDATORY)
You have a minimum of 5 years of professional experience in Industrial Automation and have a first experience in Cybersecurity in Industry or led some projects in this field with smart sensors, drones or other emerging technologies.
You are fluent in English and French (MANDATORY)
You have a good command of SAP, Power BI, Office 365, Machine Learning
You are autonomous, solution oriented, have a good leadership, proactive and a good communicator.
