QA Test Engineer
About the Role:
We are looking for a skilled QA Engineer with a strong background in automation testing and integration testing. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in quality assurance and testing, with a particular focus on Python for automation. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining automated test suites, ensuring the quality of our software solutions, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated tests to ensure software quality and performance.
Perform integration testing to verify system interactions across different components.
Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
Identify, document, and track software defects using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
Continuously improve test frameworks, tools, and processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.
Provide detailed test reports and communicate results clearly with the team.
Required Skills:
4+ years of experience in quality assurance and software testing.
Strong knowledge of automation testing tools and methodologies.
Experience in integration testing for complex software systems.
Proficiency in Python for automation test development.
Familiarity with test frameworks such as Selenium, PyTest, or similar.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and integration of automated tests within these environments.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English (spoken and written).
Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS or Azure.
Familiarity with API testing and related tools (e.g., Postman).
Knowledge of performance and load testing.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
