The role of a product tester is crucial not only for ensuring the high quality of our products but also for enhancing the overall quality of life for our team and maintaining our company’s reputation for excellence.
Responsibilities
The Product Tester is assigned to one or multiple projects and is respon_sible for the following tasks:
Analyze the product requirements in order to identify functional and non-functional test conditions.
Collaborate with the project team members to clarify the product requirements and follow up on any issues.
Implement and execute manual and automated test suites.
Identify and report software defects in a clear and detailed manner using bug tracking tools.
Analyze the test results to identify areas for improvement in the software under test and in the test process.
Maintain and enhance the existing manual and automated test suites.
Follow the established test processes, standards, and best prac_tices to maintain consistency and reliability in the testing activi_ties.
Stay updated on testing methodologies, tools, and technologies through self-learning and training sessions.
Contribute to ensuring the overall quality of the software products.
You profile:
You completed a higher education in a scientific or technical field, or have equivalent experience as a Test Engineer.
ISTQB certification is a plus.
You have experience with projects using the Agile, Scrum or De_vOps methodologies.
You have experience with product management tools, such as Jira and test management tools, such as Xray or Zephyr.
You have experience with test automation frameworks, such as Selenium and Playwright, and you implemented tests using Java or JavaScript.
You are curious, motivated by the field of software testing and will_ing to develop your expertise in this area.
You are autonomous, you have good listening and interpersonal skills, critical and constructive thinking, and you can work effi_ciently in an Agile team.
