Total Reward Analyst ( M/X/F)
Hays Luxembourg is looking for a Total reward Analyst (M/X/F) who is familiar with Compensation and Benefits activities, in order to help the Total Reward team. Our client will start soon the annual compensation review period and would need support.
Duration: 6 months, full time.
Keys responsibilities
– Oversee the complete execution of essential reward processes, including but not limited to the annual compensation review, management of deferred awards/long-term incentive plans (LTIPs), and benchmarking activities.
– Serve as the main contact for the administration of key benefit programs in Luxembourg, addressing inquiries from HR colleagues and other employees.
– Assist with various Reward projects as needed for continuous improvement initiatives and/or updates in remuneration regulations.
Profile:
Bachelor’s degree minimum, ideally in Finance, Economics, or Science disciplines.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience, preferably within financial services.
Comprehensive and extensive understanding of reward practices (especially in Luxembourg within a banking regulatory framework), including cash compensation, deferred/LTIP schemes, and benefits management.
Familiarity with European (banking) remuneration regulations.
Competencies:
Strong communication skills, particularly in writing.
Excellent data management, reporting, and analytical abilities, with a capacity to review current processes/data, identify and correct errors, and ensure data quality.
Advance MS Excel (including functions, pivot tables, macros), Power BI
MS Office (PPT, Word, Excel), SuccessFactors (advantage)
Strong organisational skills
Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
EU, UK, remuneration regulations (e.g. CRD IV, AIFMD, UCITS, PRA guidelines, etc.)
Some knowledge of Luxembourg Tax/social charges and/or Finance is preferable but not essential
GDPR regulatory knowledge
