Arhs Developments – Support SCCM Avancé
Arηs Cube est à la recherche d’un Support SCCM Avancé (h/f) afin de fournir du support dans la création, configuration et déploiement de packages/applications avec SCCM.
En tant que membre de l’équipe, il/elle se verra également confier des missions sur différents sujets techniques, et appliquera ses connaissances fonctionnelles et son expertise technique à des environnements Microsoft.
Vos tâches principales
Installation, configuration et déploiement de packages/applications avec SCCM
Traiter les tickets de niveau supérieur émanant du Service Desk
Tester le nouvel équipement IT (postes de travail, périphériques, tablettes, portables, téléphones, etc.)
Préparation et suivi de la documentation technique
Apporter un service de qualité à un groupe de personnes VIP
Votre profil
Expérience en support de deuxième ligne
Excellentes connaissances de l’environnement Windows
Très bonnes connaissances en création, configuration et déploiement de packages/applications avec SCCM
Gestion d’un Active Directory
Bonnes connaissances en Office 365
Familier avec la méthodologie ITIL
Excellentes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
Expérience dans des environnements collaboratifs, dynamiques axés sur l’équipe
Excellentes aptitudes relationnelles et bonnes compétences en communication
Esprit d’analyse et de synthèse tout en étant capable de formaliser de manière claire et structurée
Maitrise du français et de l’anglais, minimum niveau B2 pour les deux
