Functional Test Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Functional Test Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and a solid understanding of financial processes and systems. Fluency in both French and English is essential for this role, as it involves working with international teams and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and create detailed test plans and cases.
Execute functional testing of banking applications and processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure all functionalities are tested and compliant with client specifications.
Report and document test results, providing insights for improvements and identifying defects.
Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and support end-users in the testing process.
Preferred Skills and Expertise: Candidates with additional expertise in any of the following areas will have a strong advantage:
Payments: Knowledge of SCT, SEPA, SWIFT (migration from MT to MX), and various message types (PAIN, PACS, CAMT, etc.).
CRM/Microsoft Dynamics: Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics.
Compliance/AML and KYC: Strong understanding of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations and Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Functional Test Analyst in the banking sector.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in an Agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
