IT Operations Specialist
Hays Luxembourg is looking for an IT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST to join his client:
Responsibilities
Familiarization: Your initial task will be to understand our client’s complex system architecture and enhance your expertise.
System Operations: Ensure the smooth operation of systems, applications, and processes. Analyze and resolve production disruptions sustainably, including thorough documentation.
Support: Provide expert support to our teams and users for application-related issues.
User Administration: Manage user accounts and permissions.
Development and Implementation: Independently develop and implement specialized and technical designs.
Maintenance: Perform maintenance work, including weekends if necessary.
On-Call Duties: Take on on-call responsibilities, including weekends.
Profile
Educational Background: Degree or completed training in IT.
Experience: Proven experience in IT Operations and related tasks.
Specialist Knowledge: Proficiency in:
Windows Server, Windows 10/11
Relational databases (MS SQL Server from version 2012 is a plus) and SQL
Microsoft Azure cloud computing
Additional Knowledge: Familiarity with:
Azure Log Analytics Workspace
Tivoli Workload Scheduler from version 10
FileNet Image Services and/or FileNet P8
> Language Skills: Proficient in German and English, both spoken and written.
Industry Interest: Keen interest in the financial industry, particularly in digital asset management with a focus on fund
