Halian – Python Developer
This is a unique opportunity to join a forward-thinking interdisciplinary team within a global organization. In this role, you will be responsible for developing emulation components in Python and or in C++, automating software testing, and ensuring smooth integration of different system components.
Key responsibilities
Develop mock and emulator components using C++ and Python.
Create and execute automated testing procedures for software validation using Python.
Perform a range of testing processes: component, integration, system, and end-to-end testing.
Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to understand system functionalities and requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise, ensuring high software reliability.
Requirements
Expertise in software testing methodologies, including test-driven development (TDD) and behavioural testing.
Proficiency in Python and C++ programming languages.
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks like Robot Framework.
Familiarity with Linux, Java Spring, and Spring Boot, and experience with Version Control systems like GIT.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen interest in clean coding and software testing.
Fluency in spoken and written English.
As a Python developer, you would be part of a team that creates software to test how well the satellite systems work. Specifically, you’ll write code in Python and C++, and then test it to make sure it performs as expected.
