Build and and iterate credit risk strategies for the small business lending portfolio.
Oversee the development of credit policies
Drive the development of credit risk models, scoring systems, and underwriting criteria.
The skills required
At least 8 years of experience in credit risk management roles within the fintech or banking industry, focusing on the consumer or SME lending sector.
