This customer are a global banking leader looking for a Business Analasyt to join their ServiceNow / IT Department. This person will analyse and translate business requirements as part of a global implementation.
Essential skills
* At least 3 years within ServiceNow as a process consultant/Business Analsyt
* At least 2 x Implementations completed, Ideally within ITOM, CSDM, Discovery, etc.
* Fluent English, strong communication
* Experience as a contractor, able to join projects immediately in order to streamline IT processes
