Client/industry : Top 5 global technology company
Contract: 12 months, continuously extendable
Work Location: 3 days a week in Battersea, 2 days remote

3+ years of incident and problem management experience
Worked for a top 250 company
Experience handling incidents at scale (in the millions)

Mobile, banking, finance, or e-commerce experience
Role Responsibilities:
Manage Major Incidents: From identification to service restoration and closure, the Incident & Problem Manager oversees critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution.
Professional Communication: Regularly communicate major incidents to internal and external stakeholders within contracted SLAs.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Drive RCA efforts, producing documentation within SLAs after major incidents.
Key Qualifications:
Major Incident Response: Experience in triaging critical incidents related to services and infrastructure.
Proactive Approach: Analyze trends to prevent recurring incidents and improve overall efficiency.
Effective Communication: Skilled at communicating under pressure, engaging partners, and crafting high-quality updates.
Root Cause Analysis: Proficient in post-incident reviews, using methods like the five Whys.
Metrics and Tooling: Familiar with incident and problem management KPIs, capturing accurate data for insights.
