Advisory Key – Dora Program Manager
Your responsibilities would include
To achieve this, the Dora Program Manager main responsibilities are to:
Lead the implementation of Dora, by following-up on existing gap analysis, setting-up detailed action plan (aligned with the Group counterparts) and report progress at Executive Committee level
Further stimulate interactions and alignment among 1st Line of Defence (Lod) (3rd party business contract owners, Dora team members, CISO, Procurement) and 2nd Lod (Oirm, Legal) to ensure successful completion of risk-related deliverables (Business Impact Assessments, IT Security Standards, Risk Control Self-Assessments, Contract amendments to name a few)
Collaborate with Dora Pillar leads in ensuring monitoring/tracking of both gap closure completion and deliverable completion.
Work with highly collaborative Agile teams
Maintain good working relationships with other banks

Skills:
Proven knowledge of Dora directive
Knowledge of banking environment
Experience in 3rd party provider management and/or IT/BP outsourcing
Experience with capturing regulatory requirements (EBA guidelines, CSSF circulars)
Experience with tools such as Hubwoo, ServiceNow, Azureboards appreciated
Experience
Master degree in business or engineering
At least 5 years of experience in project management of IT Security related area
Related certifications such as PMI, Agile Scrum or similar experience
Languages:
A good knowledge of English and a conversational knowledge of French are required
Working permit or EU citizenship are necessary to work in Luxembourg
