We are currently looking for dynamic individual to join our Technology Change Practice as a Programme Manager.
As the technical Programme Manager you’ll be responsible for a team of mixed-discipline delivery professionals responsible for the successful delivery of large enterprise systems upgrade program, with maximum return on investment, to time, budget and scope.
You will manage the discovery, development, execution and delivery of change, data & technology solutions in order to deliver business case value, defining the most appropriate method for delivering change through estimation, planning and deliver
The role:
Manage multi-disciplinary teams in the analysis, planning and execution of delivery work that maximise return on investment and pace of delivery to underpin the desired outcomes, against scope, value, budget, and time
Structure and set up programmes of work / values streams ensuring adherence to the appropriate governance, risk, guardrails and utilising the appropriate delivery methodologies and align to the change and risk framework
Collaborate and manage stakeholders to ensure alignment of work and expectations, tensions in priorities and risk and dependencies are managed to deliver the right outcomes for members and colleagues
Develop and maintain effective supplier relationships in a hybrid on-shore/off-shore model and manage any associated confidentiality or legal sensitivities
Estimate and gain approval for budgets, managing these within allocations
Operate with a collaborative mindset to create and inspire a culture of innovation and creativity through cross functional coaching and development.
Provide hands on support delivery outcomes.
Key Skills and Experience:
To succeed in this role you will need:
Proven experience working as a consultant or at Senior leadership level to businesses at large complex organisations at Programme level or above
Specialised knowledge gained through extensive experience in change management and transformation of large complex Technology change initiatives
Ability to assimilate a broad and detailed knowledge to create a complex delivery plan
Outstanding interpersonal skills, ability to nurture and manage a high performing team leveraging individual styles and preferences
Experience in managing teams and making decisions through periods of ambiguity
Experience of setting compelling vision and communicating that to stakeholders at all levels
Robust understanding of different change delivery methodologies
Strong influencing skills to manage challenges and maintain relationships at an executive level
Hands on experience delivering large scale Technology systems upgrades/implementations.
Strong understanding of Front to Back trade flows, with hands on experience with Summit/Murex
Excellent relationship management and stakeholder management skills
Experience of managing large teams, typically 50+ FTE
