Hays – Junior Helpdesk Level 1
Are you looking forward to take a new role as a Junior Helpdesk Level 1? You will join a group leader in his domain located in Luxembourg. You will be in charge of the support level 1 for the company. This company is looking for someone who already has some basis in IT. Some trainings are planned to handle this role.
Your Responsibilities as Junior Helpdesk Level 1
You will follow up by phone and email on incidents or requests
You will provide first-level assistance for any functional or technical queries pertaining to our business software
You will identify each incident’s and request’s importance and urgency.
You will be in charge of writing procedures and documentation
You will resolve or escalate to the relevant teams
You will set up and maintaining mobile and landline phones, as well as workstations
Your profile as Junior Helpdesk Level 1
You have a Bachelor degree in Computer Science
You are junior in support and wants to improve your skills in this domain
You must be fluent in German, Luxemburgish, English and French (Mandatory)
You already worked on MS Office and Windows
You are a curious and a good communicator.
