Company Description

Here at Legal & General Retail, we are now recruiting a brand new permanent role for a Business Planning Analyst, specifically within workplace under Retail Protection due to increased demand of workload across the business.

Job Description

As part of the Business Planning Analyst role, your accountabilities will be as follows;
Ascertaining medium to long term capacity requirements of the business and interpreting these into meaningful business plans to support our stakeholders in decision the making process
Building and administering capacity models from 8 weeks to 5 years.
Producing MI reports as well as analysing and interpreting data for stakeholders and presenting this back to obtain buy in based on proposals.
FTE tracking and data accuracy across Planning, Finance and HR
Actively participating in the achievement of the Operational Planning mission statement: ‘Foster an efficient environment where engaged people deliver superior service
Qualifications

What we are looking for in you….
Previous capacity Planning experience within medium to long-term planning (to be specific)
Stakeholder management experience at « Head of Department » level and above
The ability to show flexibility in approach with regards to communication specifically showing the ability to frame things differently to broad audience
Excellent presentation skills
Technical knowledge of data and long term capacity planning
Knowledge of forecasting techniques – Ability to ‘manual’ forecast (using advanced excel and Erlang models); the ability to model forecasts derived from historic data and statistics generated from disparate operating platforms (WFM, ACD, CRM etc)
