Senior Frontend Developer
We are on the lookout for a Senior Frontend Developer with a strong background in Vue.js to be part of our client’s dynamic team.
Key responsibilities:
Frontend development: Design and develop user-friendly, responsive web applications using Vue.js.
Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to create seamless and efficient digital solutions.
Code quality: Maintain high code quality and ensure best practices in coding, testing, and documentation.
Innovation: Drive the development of innovative frontend components and features that enhance user experience and add value to the business.
Agile methodology: Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, contributing to continuous improvement and iterative development processes.
Technical skills:
Frontend frameworks: Proficiency in Vue.js, with a solid understanding of React and Angular.
HTML5 & CSS: Strong knowledge of HTML5 and CSS frameworks like Bootstrap and Vuetify.
REST standards: Excellent knowledge of REST standards, including Swagger, OpenAPI, OAuth, and OIDC.
Development tools: Familiarity with Maven, Jenkins, Spring, and Quarkus.
Containerization: Experience with Docker and other container technologies.
Databases: Proficiency in PostgreSQL and knowledge of Elasticsearch, Kibana, Kafka, and APM.
Qualifications:
Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2 years minimum of experience with Agile methodologies, using tools like Jira and Confluence.
Proven expertise with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA/REST)
Communication Skills: Ability to write and present high-quality documentation and reports.
Languages: Ideally trilingual in French, Dutch, and English, but strong proficiency in English is essential.
Work Model:
Hybrid: 3-4 days remote work and 1 day mandatory on-site in Brussels.
