Service Introduction Manager
Robert Half is collaborating with a prestigious Global Consulting Firm in their quest for a Service Introduction Manager, entrusted with spearheading the introduction and deployment of cutting-edge IT services. This position presents a unique opportunity to assume a pivotal role in driving service transformation endeavours, guaranteeing flawless implementation and continuous support.
Contract Assignment Details:
Start Date: ASAP, subject to onboarding with an estimated 2 weeks turnaround.
Working Arrangement: Remote but may be odd
Daily Rate: Competitive, upto £600 per day via umbrella.
Contract Duration: Initially 3-6 months, with potential for renewal.
Key Responsibilities & Experience Needed:
Banking Experience will be required.
Process Implementation: Define and implement IT Service Management processes with a strong ITIL focus, utilising technology effectively.
Architectural Design: Lead the architectural design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
MVP Development: Develop a minimum viable product (MVP) within tight deadlines.
Client Engagement: Conduct client workshops, engage with senior stakeholders, and create high-quality deliverables such as process flows and RACI matrices.
Mandatory Checks: Vigorous financial and criminal background checks will be conducted, taking approximately 2 weeks to complete.
