We are filling the following freelance position for our client, an international company from the FMCG sector:
Project Manager Web Activation (m/f/d)

• Location: Remote / 2 days in London
Your Job Description
• Serve as the primary contact for project-related IT inquiries and ensure projects are executed within scope and schedule
• Oversee end-to-end project involvement, including feasibility assessment, planning, and execution, while maintaining alignment with milestones and exit criteria
• Collaborate with IT stakeholders to validate project scoping, engage with Scrum teams for configuration tasks, and ensure timely start of internal testing
• Create and review project documentation, including epics, test plans, and UVT scope, ensuring alignment with market requirements
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including daily UVT calls, hypercare status calls, and involvement in Scrum meetings and retrospectives
• Provide main reporting to management, offering visibility into the status of ongoing launches and product portfolios per market
Your qualification profile
• Multiple years of experience in End-to-End projects throughout the project lifecycle from feasibility assessment to completion
• Understanding of digital project management tools (e.g. Confluence & JIRA)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Project management certification preferred
• Evidence of working within agile environment
• Experience in Scrum calls, retrospectives and related project ceremonies with internal stakeholders and markets
