KEYTEO – Integration Specialist
Context:
These projects consist of the takeover of EU UCITS funds, as well as changes to existing ISIM fund structures and optimization processes within ISIM.
Integration specialist bringing technical support to the teams, manage internal and external analysis/business case, coordinate the Product Approval Process, implementation, the after-sales follow up in close cooperation with several internal stakeholders (Sales, Product Management, Finance, Portfolio Management, Risk, Legal, Marketing, IT…) and external providers (third party providers).
The Integration Specialist should also, a.o., expect the following tasks:
Process optimization of the ESG Monitoring tooling (too manual)
Procedure review/challenge (also compared to market practices) of the Best-Execution monitoring
Procedure review/challenge (also compared to market practices) of the AML Asset Screening process
In general challenging (with the purpose of optimizations and creation of efficiency gains) existing processes and establishing E2E Process Documentations of existing and new processes (preferable within ARIS)
Implement a cross border merger (from IR to LU)
Feasibility study/Gap-analysis being performed on the onboarding of a LU-fund
Profile:
Project management
Strong knowledge of the fund industry and all linked technical aspects
Good knowledge of UCITS law, EU Fund mergers, CIK and liquidations
Must have a good experience in the set-up of investment funds, or onboarding of existing UCITS fund structures or changes applicable to existing fund structures which are domiciled in Luxembourg, Belgium, The Netherlands or other EU countries and distributed internationally
Sense of responsibility, and autonomy and pro-active
Languages: English is mandatory, French is strongly recommended. Any other language (e.g. NL, IT, SP) would be considered as an asset
Number of years of experience required: 5 – 10 years
