Role overview
As an Enterprise Architect specializing in M365 and OpenText, you will play a pivotal role in assessing and optimizing our clients’ platforms, facilitating seamless migrations to new Document Management Systems (DMS), and providing expert guidance on best practices.
Your responsibilities will include
Assessing client platforms, procedures, and tools to propose refined governance strategies.
Leading and supporting migrations to OpenText Extended ECM from one or multiple legacy systems.
Contributing to the setup of new Document Management Systems and providing guidance on implementing specific business processes.
Remedying common challenges encountered by clients and facilitating unified labeling across OpenText and Microsoft Office365.
You should possess the following qualifications
Experience and skills equivalent to a Senior Enterprise Architect.
Strategic thinking with deep industry knowledge and practices.
Certification as a Professional Requirements Engineer is advantageous.
Expertise in OpenText CS and related products, including integration with Microsoft tools such as Office365, SharePoint, and Teams.
Extensive experience with Office365 and security hardening, including Microsoft Security Assessments.
Familiarity with the MS-Power platform CoE and relevant tools such as PowerShell DSC and ShareGate.
Advanced ITIL knowledge/certification and experience in Agile environments.
Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and coordination skills.
Excellent communication skills in English, with proficiency in German and French considered advantageous.
Note: Relevant experience with Domino is considered an asset.
Working model
Working model: 90% remote and 10% on-site in Munich.
