My client a Tier 1 Bank are in the midst of a large scale front2back change initiative. This is looking at improvement across trade capture, risk, regulatory, finance and operations functions. This is Cross-asset class and they are seeking strong change professionals to add value.
It is expected that you would have a strong appreciation of the full trade lifecycle from a front office, operations, finance or risk perspective from investment banking or consultancy. This is a large scale transformation initiative and requires individuals with change experience across systems architecture, process re-engineering and data quality improvements.
From a change perspective they are looking for business analysts or project managers that can work across the full lifecycle.
• Planning
• Requirements Gathering
• Writing BRDs
• Analysis of current state (as is)
• Definition of end state (to be)
• Documenting functional specifications
• Working closely with IT through functional design
• UAT
• Testing
• Stakeholder management
This is an extremely exciting opportunity to gain long tenure in a contract in a cross business initiative. It is expected that you are a strong communicator with investment banking experience. Please send CVs to review.
