JOB PURPOSE
The Client has announced in the last few months the creation of new entities (Joint Venture, Acquisitions…). To support the IT scope of work, we are looking for an IT integration Manager. The IT integration manager plays a critical role by overseeing the integration of IT systems and infrastructure. He/she is responsible for conducting due diligence to identify potential risks and issues, developing integration plans, and managing the implementation process. This requires a deep understanding of IT systems and infrastructure, project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders. The integration Manager must ensure that all IT systems are compliant with standards, and that the integration process is completed on time and within budget.
JOB SCOPE
The main responsibilities of an IT integration Manager include:
Conducting due diligence: The IT integration Manager is responsible for conducting a thorough analysis of the IT systems and infrastructure of the target company to identify any potential risks or issues that may arise
Developing integration plans: The IT integration manager must develop a comprehensive plan for integrating the IT systems and infrastructure of the target company. This includes identifying any necessary changes or upgrades to the systems and developing a timeline for implementation.
Managing the integration process: The IT integration Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation of the integration plan, ensuring that all systems are properly integrated and functioning as expected.
Ensuring compliance: The integration Manager must ensure that all IT systems and infrastructure are compliant with the Client cybersecurity standards, and that any necessary changes are made to ensure compliance.
Communicating with stakeholders: The IT integration Manager must communicate regularly with stakeholders, including senior management, IT staff, and other departments, to ensure that everyone is informed of the progress of the integration process and any issues that arise.
