Sie sind Experte im Bereich Controlling/ Financial Accounting und ab Märufür eine neue Herausforderung verfügbar? Dann dürfte folgendes Projekt bei einem internationalen Pharma-Unternehmen sehr interessant für Sie sein:

Finalcial Controller (m/w/d)

Zu den wichtigsten Aufgaben gehören:

* Prepare daily sales report + customer analytics for sales team
* Financial control & support with finance-questions from within the team
* SAP checks: VIM blocked invoices, invoices to be approved, Credit Notes booked correctly, etc

* Update Actuals, Committed, Plan File (adjust with FC2 once required)
* Fill in One-Pager
* Prepare details on spend for each functional lead
* Prepare weekly spend review meetings
* Check FTE files vs plan
* Check for outstanding actions related to PO’s (delivered, GR accurate, missing invoice etc) and work with admins on corrective actions
* Report revenue numbers (demand workbook)
* Perform SOX Controls
* Prepare monthly accruals
* Check rebate invoices and collaborate with VM&A to ensure accurate accrual model
* Lead GR chasing (with central lists) and work with admins to ensure GR’s are booked in time
* Prepare monthly unit forecast by SKU for supply chain together with CI&E
* Prepare financial presentations (performance updates, staff meetings, Country Visit etc.)

* Support Revenue estimations
* Lead preparation of OOP costs incl excel model template creation
* Support FTE Planning
* Ad hoc analysis support

Ihr Profil

* min. 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Controlling
* Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der IFRS-Berichterstattung
* Experte in Excel und in der Lage, Finanzmodellierung sowie PowerPoint auszuführen, um Ergebnisse präsentieren zu können
* Kenntnisse /Erfahrungen mit SAP
* Erfahrung in der Datenerfassung und Problemlösung
* Starke analytische und organisatorische Fähigkeiten
