emagine recherche un analyste de données compétent et enthousiaste pour travailler au sein d’une équipe d’assistance aux solutions numériques. Vous assisterez une base mondiale de clients internes dans la conception, l’amélioration et l’utilisation d’une gamme de solutions.

Key Skills:

Data / Business Analyst with good user facing skills

Skilled in capture and analysis of customer needs

Ability to write scripts in Python or Php

Good communication skills in English

Proactive and independent

Service orientated

Comfortable in a multicultural international environment

Experience in R&I digital services a big plus

Key Tasks:

Participate in preliminary meetings to collect customer needs
Provide data transfer technical information (firewall rules, inbound/outbound flows…)
Analyze customer’s data, understand system and data source
Establish KPIs
Develop and test scripts to collect data (either in Python or Php)
Troubleshoot connectivity issues with IT teams
Administrate solution: access rights, Add / delete users..

Support stakeholders on GCP / Gitlab and adhoc inquiries

Study, analyze and deliver modelling solutions
Provide L2 support through ticketing follow-up
Monitor licenses consumptions
