— CONTEXT —
The Client is a leading engineering and technology company serving the energy transition. We are looking for a Procurement Lead Trainer in our Oracle ERP Cloud implementation project.

— POSITION PURPOSE —
We are currently finalizing the build phase and preparing UAT, Cutover and Go Live
The ERP system is currently used in France, Italy, Benelux, Middle East and India.

The scope of the Training functional Procurement domain leader role is to:
– Coordinate activities, meetings, workshops and be the representative of ERP Procurement Team for the training scope.
– Use business and functional expertise to help the client finalizing UAT & training preparation.
– Supervise integrator activities for the preparation of training manuals and related supporting documents.
– Contribute to validate the solution and supporting the business during UAT and Go Live
– Ensure that there is a good communication between IT representatives and the business
– Ensure that the business resources involved on the project phases have clear visibility and understanding on what they must do or will have to do
– Have a close relationship with the business and IT people involved on the project
– Escalate potential situations to the project committee.
– Set the appropriate meetings, workshops, with the stakeholders from business and IT
– Take initiatives, communicate and escalate if it is identified that something is wrong
– Ensure that the business takes ownership of the project.
– Moderate and animate sessions with people having different backgrounds, different cultures, different native languages
– Support Business during Cut-Over, Go Live and Hypercare activities
