REMOTE IT OT Convergence Expert

Description de la mission

We are currently looking for an IT/OT Convergence Expert to help us develop the service management framework for central basic services that are built and operated for processing large amounts of data.
Your expertise will be needed to develop and operate the standard services of the basic infrastructure, which would create the base for integrated, central infrastructure elements and services. In order for this to happen, an integrated operating concept including ITSM has to be developed. Respectively, all procedures and tools will be designed within this framework and implemented according to customers’ requirements. The goal is to optimize resource usage and increase quality.

Project details:
• Starting period: Asap
• Ending period: 31.01.2024 (extension until 31.12.2024)
• Location: Remote/Frankfurt (10%)
• Capacity: 3-5 days/week
• Language: German

Experience:
• Risk management processes regarding SBF and RRD in the transportation/railway industry (>3 years)
• Development of service landscape with the TBM framework (>5 years)
• Servicenow (CMDB, ServiceRequestCatalog, ServicePortfolio, OT Management, CSDM), ServiceDesk (>5 years)
• Process-compliant type approval of railway ICT systems and applications (>3 years)
• Stakeholder management
• CRITIS measures
