Enterprise Data Architect

Our client needs an Enterprise Data Architect to help drive improvements with their data strategy across data collection, data management and data governance. This is a long-term contract role, working on a project to give our client a standardized logical and physical data model. This will be used by the business to build a world-class multi-asset indices and data & analytics service.
The right candidate will have business knowledge across Equities and Fixed Income, and experience with Cloud technologies.
Your Role
Work with Enterprise and Data Architects to define Enterprise Data Model and help execute data strategy
Work closely with IT and business staheholders to define their needs, recommend priorities and advise on best data solution options
Define best practices across data migration, data integration, data extraction and data destruction
Research and recommend new emerging technologies, including driving Proof of Concepts
Provide insight into successful data architecture frameworks you have previously implemented
Your Experience
Enterprise Data Architect role within Investment Banking, Capital Markets or Wealth Management
Deep understanding of Data Architecture frameworks, principles and integration patterns
Understanding of Microsoft Server technologies (Azure, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI)
Experience in architecture design, data modelling, data migration (on-premise to cloud, and vice versa) and data integration methodologies
Master Data Management knowledge across technology landscape, processes and design principles
