Project Management Officer

Description de la mission

As a PMO for the Transformation Portfolio, you will be responsible for supporting the Head of Change Delivery in preparing and organizing the Change Board Meetings, as well as the regular Transformation Delivery meeting with Product Owners and Project Managers. You will also be coordinating the vendor invoice process and supporting project managers during the planning and controlling of individual projects. Additionally, you will be assisting with budgeting, controlling, and financial reporting for the transformation portfolio.

Your role will also involve supporting the Head of Change Delivery in capturing and depicting project interdependencies, and monitoring adherence to inter-project delivery commitments. You will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding consultants and other external staff on the transformation portfolio. Furthermore, you will provide staff overview and allocation on the Transformation Portfolio, covering both internal and external resources.

Qualifications:
– University degree
– Project management certification
– Hands-on financial controlling experience
– Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
– Proficient in English and German

Location: Zürich
Workload: 75% TO 100% in Zürich office Seefeld
