Position Summary

Direct 2 year contract under our client.

This individual needs to perform the project delivery, liaise with different teams to make sure the project is delivered in time and in quality. Maintain the solution after it goes live, handle new requests on the AIAS infra and respond to the change and incident ticket related to the solution. Deep understanding of IT operation, especially infra operation in a datacenter environment.

Project Description
Handle the BAU tasks related to the solution deployed.
Maintain the solution to make sure it meets the SLA, and respond to any production incident, security incident or change request.
Deep understanding of how IT infrastructure works, to ensure the solution delivered following the best infra practice.
Prepare an annual budget and paper for the solution in charge, provide justification and seek approval from management.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Only Singaporeans
Degree in Computer Science, Computer/Electrical Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent.
Singaporeans only.
At least 2 to 5 years of relevant working experience, including managerial, data centre IT infrastructure, System Design & Cloud implementation experience;
Deep understanding of various infra tools, such as monitoring tools, automation tools, patching tools, file transfer tools, etc.
Experience in Vmware, Storage and network is essential;
Experience in supporting the Agile/DevOps/Ops environment, at least one of data centres or cloud automation tools.
Good communication skills, system thinking and systematic problem solving skills Able to work with the team or independently with minimum supervision Self-motivated and eager to learn;
Able to handle demanding service response and recovery turnaround;
Able to work extended hours and should be open to travel to sites.
