Your Skills
– Experience as cutover manager for SAP EWM Implementations (at least one EWM implementation project)
– Nice to have is experience in a Transition from SAP WM to SAP EWM
– Able to work closely with the customer and the SAP Team and drive the cutover management
– Know-How in SAP MES, SAP MFS and other SAP platforms
– Project Experience in providing a complete and working cutover plan
– Knowledge in developing and execute cutover activities, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment

Your Tasks
– Develop and execute cutover activities, including project plans and estimates, scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment phase
– Provide a complete and working cutover plan
– Responsible for the Cutover Readiness & Execution activities within the Deployment Plan
– Provide Cutover status reporting to project leadership and key stakeholders.
– Schedule regression testing of shared environments liaise with support teams to ensure appropriate change requests/procedures are followed.
– Identify risks and build/test mitigation plans including business process work arounds.
– Develop the business risk mitigation, blackout & recovery, and the detailed Cutover strategy, approach.
– Serve as escalation point for Regional SMEs during the entire cutover period
– Coordinate the tasks for SAP MES, MFS and other SAP Platforms
